Not medical advice

Vitality Wellness Collective provides wellness coaching, functional lab education, and lifestyle guidance. The information, programs, and materials offered on this website and within our coaching are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

Always seek the guidance of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have about your health, symptoms, medications, or a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or received through Vitality Wellness Collective.

No practitioner-patient relationship

Sean Calhoun is a wellness coach, not your physician. Using this website, taking the assessment, or participating in a program does not create a doctor-patient or other licensed practitioner-patient relationship. Functional lab panels offered through the program are for educational and wellness purposes and are interpreted in that context, not as a clinical diagnosis.

Individual results vary

Wellness outcomes depend on many factors that are personal to you, including your history, your consistency, and your individual biology. Any examples, timelines, or descriptions of typical progress are illustrations, not guarantees. We do not promise any specific result.

In case of emergency

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately.
