Your labs, decoded

What is your body trying to tell you?

Standard labs look for disease. Sean's functional panel looks at how you're functioning, across six areas that most routine bloodwork never touches.

Try the decoder

Tap what you feel. See where we look.

Pick every symptom that sounds familiar. The panel lights up the areas the labs look at for that pattern.

1 Tap what you've been feeling

This isn't a diagnosis. It shows where Sean's functional panel looks, and every result is read alongside your intake.

The three panels

Three tests. Six areas. One picture.

Together these panels look at food response, gut health, digestion, inflammation, stress response, cortisol rhythm, and hormone balance, so your plan is built on what's actually happening instead of guesswork.

Stress & hormones

Fluids iQ Stress & Hormones

A stress and hormone panel you collect at home.

  • Estrogen and progesterone balance
  • Your cortisol rhythm across the day, not one snapshot
  • How your stress response is running

Gut health

GI-MAP

A stool test that looks at the gut environment behind digestion and immunity.

  • Gut bacteria and digestion
  • Markers of gut inflammation
  • Immune activity in the gut

Food response

MRT 176

A blood test that looks at how your body responds to 176 foods and food chemicals.

  • Foods that may be driving bloating
  • Reactions linked with inflammation
  • Where to start when you adjust what you eat

What labs can and can't do. These panels are not diagnostic tests and don't replace care from your doctor. They're one input, read alongside your intake, to decide where to focus first. Want the full picture on what a standard panel covers? Read "Normal labs but still exhausted?"

See every question

We use a comprehensive functional lab approach that includes the MRT 176 Food Sensitivity Test, GI-MAP Stool Test, and Fluids iQ Stress & Hormones Panel. Together, these labs help us look deeper at food sensitivities, gut health, digestion, inflammation, stress response, cortisol rhythm, and hormone balance so we can better understand what may be driving stubborn weight, bloating, fatigue, cravings, poor sleep, and other symptoms. Labs are completed from home or through a local collection option, and your results are reviewed alongside your intake so we can build a personalized plan instead of guessing.

No. Functional panels are not diagnostic tests, and Sean is a coach, not a physician. The results are one input, read alongside your intake, to decide where to focus your nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress work. If anything in your results or symptoms needs medical attention, you'll be encouraged to take it to your doctor with clear questions.

Labs are completed from home or through a local collection option. You receive the kits and instructions, collect your samples, and send them to the lab. Sean then reviews your results with you alongside your intake.

Many women choose to retest every 6 to 12 months. Retesting shows what has shifted since your last panel, so the plan can keep adjusting as your body and your life change.

No. The Vitality Reset is a coaching program, not medical care. Sean works alongside your existing providers and does not prescribe, diagnose, or tell you to change medications. When your labs suggest a conversation with your doctor, you will leave with clear questions to bring to your next appointment.
